Biography

Adam Gallegos has extensive experience in both the State and Federal Courts representing business clients ranging from sole proprietorships to Fortune 500 companies, both in trial and in the appellate courts.  His practice includes personal injury and insurance defense, commercial litigation with an emphasis on contracts, construction disputes, partnership divorces, collections and commercial loan disputes.  Adam also has experience in consumer financial disputes, including fair credit reporting, fair debt collection practices, and credit transactions. Adam is an active member of the Insurance Law Section of the State Bar of Texas where he works with others to stay abreast of the latest developments in insurance law.
