Receptionist - Entry Level Marketing Assistant

Our firm is actively seeking an energetic and experienced receptionist and entry-level marketing professional to join our team! We specialize in Civil Litigation Defense and present a large firm experience with the personal service of a small firm. We have a friendly, professional environment, and a competitive salary commensurate with experience. We ask that all applicants have a minimum of three years of front legal office/administrative experience.

Receptionist Responsibilities:

  • Operate the main switchboard between the hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm in a professional, friendly manner. The ability to communicate effectively and possess teamwork skills, and the capacity to work independently and remain productive at all times is a must.
  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and delivery personnel at the front desk in a pleasant and professional manner.
  • Create digital flyers using Canva to promote events, welcome new employees, celebrate birthdays and holidays etc., to be cycled on our internal television network.
  • Work closely with the Facility Manager and Marketing Coordinator on internal and external marketing projects. Includes assisting in planning and executing events, researching, communicating with vendors, and generally assisting the team on other various marketing and event-related tasks.
  • Maintain the firm's conference room calendar.
  • Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets to track supplies, monitor marketing information, etc.
  • Generate e-mails to staff as needed.
  • Cater luncheons and other special events under the supervision of the Marketing Coordinator.
  • General front end and administrative duties as assigned.


Receptionist Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED or higher.
  • 3+ years' experience of working as a receptionist or similar position.
  • Prior experience as a legal receptionist.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS OfficeŁ« Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Entry-level marketing experience.
  • Administrative or clerical experience.
  • Professional and friendly.
