Biography
Carol Ann Weinman is a seasoned litigator with extensive experience in insurance defense litigation. She focuses her practice on insurance and reinsurance coverage matters, as well as general liability litigation, including construction law, premises liability, automobile liability, and property damage.
Ms. Weinman is also an experienced appellate advocate and has successfully argued cases before the New York State Court of Appeals and the Appellate Division, First and Second Departments. In addition to her litigation work, she has served as in-house counsel to a nationally recognized insurance brokerage and an insurance services organization, providing valuable insight into the industry from both legal and operational perspectives.
