Darryl Beckman

Darryl S. Beckman is a partner at The Willis Law Group, PLLC, based in Tampa, where he specializes in complex commercial and civil litigation. He has built a distinguished career, holding various senior positions that involved the direct management of firm operations and overseeing a diverse array of cases. These cases include construction defects, medical malpractice, wrongful death, survival claims, product liability, premises liability, automobile liability, security issues, first-party property matters, and technology-related concerns. Darryl is skilled in risk management strategies, early case resolution, and contract negotiations. He has also served as outside General Counsel for corporate clients. He earned his Juris Doctorate with honors from Rutgers University School of Law in 1987 and received his Bachelor of Science in Management, focusing on Organizational Behavior, from Pennsylvania State University in 1983. Darryl is licensed to practice law in Florida, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, and he is admitted to several federal courts, including the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the District of New Jersey, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. In addition to his legal practice, Darryl is a respected lecturer who shares his insights on various topics across the United States. He has presented on subjects such as litigation defense for snow and ice management companies, risk management, claims against public and private entities, and contract issues.
