Erin M. Tieso is an experienced litigator with more than two decades of legal experience representing clients in insurance-related disputes, personal injury protection (PIP) litigation, insurance fraud matters, coverage issues, and complex civil litigation. Her practice includes extensive work in state and federal courts throughout Florida, where she has successfully managed high-volume caseloads and advocated for clients in a broad range of contested matters. In addition to her insurance litigation practice, Erin has represented clients in matters involving commercial liability, property claims, wrongful death litigation, maritime law, and business-related disputes.
