Biography
Jon Joseph has tried numerous criminal and civil cases to verdict. Mr. Joseph has previously handled cases including felony and misdemeanor criminal defense, personal injury and insurance defense, dram shop actions, trucking accidents, insurance coverage issues involving insolvent insurers, and first party insurance litigation. Mr. Joseph has previously represented individuals, insurance companies, policyholders, and businesses ranging from sole proprietorships to large corporations. He has experience litigating cases in counties throughout Texas such as Collin County, Bexar County, El Paso County, Ector County, Dallas County, Harris County, Tarrant County, and Webb County.
Additionally, he has represented law enforcement officers and public employees through public integrity investigations and internal affairs investigations. Mr. Joseph has represented law enforcement officers and public employees from the Dallas Police Department, Dallas Marshals Office, Dallas—Fort Worth International Airport Police Department, and Dallas Independent School District Police Department.
