Biography

Kenneth C. Brown is a seasoned litigation attorney with more than four decades of experience handling complex civil, commercial, trial, and appellate matters. His practice encompasses a broad range of litigation, including business disputes, real property matters, construction litigation, land use and environmental issues, title insurance defense, civil rights claims, municipal law, and tax controversies. He has extensive experience representing clients in state and federal courts, as well as administrative proceedings.

Throughout his distinguished career, Kenneth has successfully tried and won numerous jury and bench trials, argued appeals, and obtained favorable outcomes in high-stakes and complex matters. His experience includes resolving multimillion-dollar business disputes, land-use litigation, contract claims, employment matters, tax controversies, and title insurance defense cases. He is known for his strategic approach to litigation, strong advocacy skills, and ability to guide clients through challenging legal issues.

Kenneth's extensive courtroom experience is complemented by a strong background in motion practice, appellate advocacy, and alternative dispute resolution. He has represented businesses, property owners, municipalities, financial institutions, and individuals in a wide array of litigation matters, earning a reputation for thoughtful analysis, persuasive advocacy, and practical problem-solving.

He earned his Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law, where he graduated on the Dean's List and in the top 25 percent of his class. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics, cum laude, from Tufts University. Kenneth is admitted to practice in New York.
