Biography

­­­­Marci Moschetti is an accomplished litigation attorney with over 20 years of experience in civil litigation, specializing in insurance defense. Marci has taken the lead on countless high exposure litigation matters and has been successful in securing early dismissals in many cases, resulting in advantageous and cost-efficient resolutions for her clients. Her ability to navigate complex legal issues and apply skilled negotiation methods have enabled her to build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with both clients and carriers. Additionally, Marci has prepared and successfully argued many motions and appeals in both the State and Federal courts in New York.

Marci demonstrates a high level of proficiency in identifying fraudulent cases involving unethical law firms. Through her strategic use of investigative resources, she successfully spearheaded a motion for fraud, leading to the dismissal of a lawsuit valued at $4.5 million.

Marci is a graduate of the New York University, from where she graduated magna cum laude, earning a B.A. with a dual major in Philosophy and Political Science. From there, she continued her career pursuits at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she served as an intern for the Honorable Lawrence McKenna, Senior Judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor, graduating cum laude in the top 10% of her class. Marci is admitted to practice in New York State and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
