Michael Engelson is a skilled litigator specializing in complex civil defense, mass torts, product liability, and litigation within the firearms industry, as well as regulatory compliance. Prior to joining the Willis Law Group, Michael served as an associate at Renzulli Law Firm, LLP, a nationally recognized leader in firearms litigation and regulatory counseling. In this role, he represented firearms manufacturers, importers, distributors, and retailers in courts across the country, handling cases involving product liability and public nuisance claims, along with regulatory matters related to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF). Michael also provided clients with counsel on compliance with the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act, ATF enforcement actions, and risk management strategies, including product recalls and retrofit campaigns.
