Biography
Nathan Shackelford has over 15 years of experience in litigation, specializing in dram shop and liquor-related defense for the past 10 years. He has successfully handled various issues in appellate court and during summary judgment, among many other professional achievements. Nathan has experience on both the plaintiff and defense sides, which gives him a comprehensive understanding of a wide range of issues. Furthermore, his expertise has earned him the privilege of being invited to teach continuing education courses on dram shop cases to insurance companies, highlighting his commitment to advancing knowledge in the field.
As lead counsel in numerous wrongful death lawsuits and appellate matters in both state and federal courts, Nathan has developed and implemented core litigation strategies and objectives. He has extensive experience as lead counsel in dispositive motions and other hearings, as well as in depositions of fact and expert witnesses.
