Theodore Torry is an associate attorney whose practice focuses on civil RICO litigation, with additional experience in business litigation, real estate-related disputes, and regulatory matters. He represents clients through all stages of civil litigation, including fact investigation, legal research, motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation. Theodore also has experience in civil defense litigation, representing insureds in general liability, premises liability, labor law, workers’ compensation, and coverage matters.
