Vicki Hart - Senior Counsel
Biography
Vicki Hart is an experienced attorney and litigator who has represented clients in Texas and New York across multiple sectors, including insurance defense, commercial collections, creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, business and commercial transactions, contract review, consumer disputes, arbitration, mediation, and general civil litigation. She has experience in insurance defense from dog bite cases to premises liability and catastrophic 18-wheeler accidents. She has represented major financial institutions and automobile lenders in collections, contract enforcement, secured transactions, and in the defense of consumer claims.
Prior to earning her Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law, Vicki majored in Criminal Justice at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi and graduated with Highest Honors. She has been Board Certified in Commercial and Consumer Law since 2015 and has served on the Consumer and Commercial Law Examination Commission for the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 2018.
